The Arts Council is located in a building referred to as the Stone House. Built in 1872, this State of Kansas Historic Site is the oldest house in Fredonia, built just four years after the town was founded.
The Fredonia Arts Council features monthly exhibits from local, area, and regional artists. Various art classes take place during the summer months at the Arts Council.
The Fredonia Arts Council Permanent Collection has been on display since June 10, 2007. See the collection during regular hours or call for a special arrangement to view at another time.
Summer Art Program with class for ages pre-K through adult begins in June.
